In order to strengthen the sales of pigments in China and overseas, in 2021, Anhui Shenlanhua Color Co., Ltd. ("Anhui Shenlanhua") and Toyo Ink SC Holdings Co., Ltd. ("Toyo Ink") jointly invested to establish Jiangsu Toyo Shenlanhua Pigment Co., Ltd. The joint venture company is mainly engaged in the marketing activities of high-performance organic pigment products combining Toyo Ink technology and the production capacity of Anhui Shenlanhua and providing technical services to customers.
Toyo Ink's pigments are highly praised by customers all over the world in terms of technology, quality, and colorful high-functional pigment derivatives. Anhui Shenlanhua also has an important position in China's organic pigment industry. This joint venture was established for the purpose of establishing a close cooperative relationship between the two companies in organic pigments and pigment intermediates, complementing each other's operating resources and brand advantages, and expanding the market of pigments and intermediates. It is of far-reaching significance to build a world-class organic pigment supply mechanism in China in the future.
